Lilly Lewarne Win multiple Regional LABC Awards

Lilly Lewarne are pleased to announce that after attending the South West Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Awards we have returned with not one but three accolades. LLA won Best Small Commercial Building for our work on the Headland Hotel in Newquay which was for “building excellence in the delivery of outstanding construction and workmanship”. We were also finalists in the following categories: Best customer partnership with a local Authority Building Control Team and Best public service building for the Fire protection and upgrade work completed at the Royal Cornwall hospital in Truro. We have now been entered into the National awards to be decided in November.

Recent work at the Headland Hotel shortlisted for Michelmores Property awards

Along with winning the LABC award The Headland Hotel has also been shortlisted for this years Mitchelmores Property Awards under Commercial Project of the Year with a Value Under £5million. The winners are to be announced on 8th May. To view images of this work see Headland Hotel

Lilly Lewarne Project Wins prestigious Michelmores Award

Lilly Lewarne are proud to announce that Trevithick View, Camborne has come top of its category and won the title of ‘Residential Project of the year 41 units and over’ in The Michelmores and Western Morning News property Awards.
Lilly Lewarne have been working tirelessly on this development since as far back as 2002 assisting and debating with the local Authority, the Prince’s Trust Foundation and CABE to name but a few. In more recent years Lilly Lewarne worked closely with Housing association; Coastline, engineers; CASE, Contractors; Mansell Housing Partnership and project Managers; Norman Rourke Pryme who managed the development. The overall aim was to design housing in Camborne that looked to its heritage to inspire its future. The Michelmores and Western Morning News Property Awards are the regions premier property competition, showcasing the very best in West Country property projects, buildings and people.

LLA Mixed use scheme at Camborne short-listed for multiple awards

A Mixed use Housing scheme on the former Holmans No.3 works site in Camborne, designed by Lilly Lewarne Architects has been short-listed for a Western Morning News property Award for the best scheme over 40 Units. The awards will be decided on 25th June at Exeter University. The same scheme has also now been short-listed for a Cornish Buildings Group Award.

Lilly Lewarne project shortlisted for the RICS regional awards

An LLA designed housing scheme at Trevu Road, Camborne has been shortlisted for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regional awards in both re-generation and housing categories. The awards will be decided on the 10th May 2013 at Rookery Manor Somerset.
